What are the delivery charges?
- com provides Free Delivery on orders above Rs.1500/-. There are No additional charges for Cash on Delivery.Â

In how much time the orders are dispatched and delivered?
- All our orders with complete shipping details and serviceable pin codes are dispatched in 24 Hours after placing the order, it will be delivered within 7-10 days from the order date in case of Indian orders. Delivery time for international orders shall be 17-20 days from the order processing date.
- The delivery time may vary according to the situation.
- However if the address looks incomplete, the contact number is wrong or the pin code is not serviceable, the order can be delayed. If the customer is not contactable, the order shall be cancelled.
- For designs with size options, please select the required size and the current delivery estimate will be displayed below availability tab.
- In case of international order, if customer denies to accept the shipment then Zurooh is not responsible for any kind of refund or replacement.
- Minimum order value for an international order should be 50$.
- You will get the tracking link on the email you provided at the time of placing the order when the order is fulfilled.Â

How do I track my shipment?
- We use some of the most reputed courier companies in India. We notify our customers via shipment confirmation email when the order is dispatched. This shipping confirmation email will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking.
- The orders can also be tracked on the website under the orders section. Â

How will the delivery be done?
- We send all packages via reputed couriers such as Fedex, Delhivery, Ecom express etc.

Are there any hidden costs involved?

There are no extra taxes or hidden costs involved. The price mentioned on the website is the final price including taxes. What you see is what you pay!
What should I do if my order is getting delayed?Â
- We use the best shipping partners in India, to make sure that your order reaches you as soon as possible. On rare occasions, there can be unforeseen delays due to natural calamities or other circumstances. In such cases we request you to be patient while we will continue to try to get the parcel delivered to you as soon as it is possible. Our liability in case of such delayed orders if only limited to getting the order delivered as soon as possible on our end.
- The delayed prepaid orders shall be refunded only if they are still not delivered within 15 working days of placing the order.
